Product Description
Engine Safety units are designed for the protection of DG sets in case of a fault or in case any of the safety installed on the DG sets trip. Safety potential free contacts ofLLOP HWT, LFL etc can be installed and used to stop the DG set. LLOP is sensed only when DG voltage becomes healthy.
In case of a fault the unit gives a signal to the stop solenoid for a prefixed time of 10-15 sec.Front facia LEDs glow simultaneously and a buzzer also sounds for the duration of the stop solenoid. Additional contact is provided for preventing start in case a fault has occurred. The start bypass can be cleared only by a reset on the front facia.
Various models are available:
- Normal ESU single phase DG sensing for operation with external 40A external relays
- ESU with 2 module relay card.
- ESU with single phase / 3phase DG connection
- ESU with Mains sensing and shut down in case of mains healthy
- These units can be used for fault annunciation and Engine Protection in any environment. Being Micro controlled and solid state digital units ratings are 24 hrs operation. These units are available as standard 4 way.
